This painting is inspired by a clear Summer night in the San Juan Mountains of Southern Colorado where I live. In this painting I wanted to highlight my love of the green, lush Summer landscape that I wait for all year year. The mountain sides are rich with life and color during the day and veiled in the magnificent milky way at night.

The painting is varnished in mat varnish, has a signed certificate of authenticity on the back as well as a hanging wire and a wood patterned gallery style floating frame.
