US and International Shipping
Where do you ship? The shop is currently experimenting with adding International Shipping options to all the available art. Its a new feature so if you have any problems with check-out or any questions before placing an order, email kpolkowska@gmail.com Additional charges apply to International Orders due to higher shipping costs, added processing and forms as well as added paypal fees for foreign currency.
When and how will my order ship? Stickers and Prints usually ship within a couple days via USPS. Small/Medium paintings also usually ship within a couple of days via USPS. Large paintings and mosaic works which require crating may take up to a week to ship out. If this requires a visit to the lumber shop and/or possibly ordering needed shipping materials (Kasia lives in a remote, rural part of Southern Colorado), then shipping may take upto two weeks. We take great care with the construction of a custom crate and ensuring that the work is ready for its safe journey. Crates ship via UPS.
Will my painting arrive safely? Yes. Each artwork is fitted for a custom box or crate if it is oversized. An appropriate amount of space is left around the artwork for the proper amount of cushion to be added to the package. We follow the USPS and UPS instruction for shipping which allows us to fully insure the artwork while it is in transit to the customer. We have a 100% success rate with shipping paintings and mosaics since 2008.
Studio Pick Up
Can I visit the studio to purchase a painting directly from the studio? Yes. The buyer should email ahead of time to make an appointment to view the work. Kasia’s current studio is located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. In this case, the buyer can save on shipping costs and meet the artist. A 3% discount will be applied to all cash sales. Keep in mind that Kasia has two small children and may not be able to have a long visit. (If there is a spike in Covid Cases, both Kasia and the customer would agree to wear a mask during the visit).
Prints
All prints are archival Giclee, created with archival pigments and paper. Each print is hand signed by the artist. Prints are carefully packed for shipping – smaller are shipped flat while larger ones are rolled in a tube. International Shipping is available for a $15 added fee at check out.
Stickers
Stickers are high quality vinyl (suitable for outdoor use and dishwasher safe). These are printed in the US. Shipping is included in the cost of the stickers. All stickers are Limited in Number, once they sell out, the will not be restocked.
Commissions
I’d love to commission a specific scene with all my favorite aspects of Kasia’s work, how do I order a commissioned painting? Kasia does not take on commissions. Please take a look at the currently available art or check back in a few months to see the New Arrivals.
Mosaic Inventory
I was hoping to buy one of Kasia’s mosaic landscapes but don’t see any available ones in the shop. Where can I buy one? Kasia has sold all of her 2d mosaic art and is not currently creating new glass work. Please take a look at Kasia’s paintings.
