This painting is part of my exploration of a variety of night sky paintings inspired by the San Juan Mountains that surround the small town of Pagosa Springs where I live in Southern Colorado. I played with this idea through out 9 small canvases, experimenting with similar compositions and some of my favorite colors for night sky landscapes. Due to the nature of this playful, experimental process of exploring a single theme in a group of paintings, I am offering all the paintings that come out of the project at a very competitive rate, much lower than any framed painting this size I’ve ever painted. It is listed at about a 1/3 of a typical painting this size and I hope that this gives the opportunity to folks to get a nice size painting for an unusual price – shipping included plus a vinyl sticker of my choice!
